The ACP of transitioning:  This is a precis version for more see PMSP© link below. In developing “your story” there are five basic, and two ancillary constituent parts that are paramount to validate the who you are selling in the transition process and the interview.  Your presentation product, the CIP, is the vehicle to tell your ACP story. As we have alluded to often on this website, your CIP must be a notice grabbing, risk reduction strategy series of documents and presentations. The below seven ingredients must be in each recipe for success in finding a satisfying new position; they are also needed by the recruiter, your sales advocate for their “story” about you. You need to list your top 5 ingredients in each category.

 

1. Accomplishments (measurable)

2. Competencies  (substantiated)

3. Potentials (proved by precursors)


The total ACP, accomplishments, competencies, potentials, experiences, motivators, hobbies and sports, describe the "whole you," allow you to transit from a risk to an opportunity. Prepare your Personal Marketing Strategy Program© carefully, (CIP, 18 Day and ACP) once done your Risk Mitigation Presentation Package is complete.
