·        We will only present a limited number of prescreened and pre-qualified resumes for each position.

·        DCG however, will show the "non-perfect fit" candidate based on our assessment of their talents, the company goals and the definition from the search assignment.

 

·        DCG looks primarily for "performers" who are currently employed, content, and successful in their positions.

 

·        We are constantly recruiting. We direct source daily for our candidate pool.

 

·        Our commitment is having candidates available in 7 days or less.

 

·        We do not hold back any ideal candidate from another opportunity, unless we have

      received a written offer.

 

·        We confidentially recruit with great enthusiasm those candidates brought or suggested   to us by our clients.

 

·        We are available in some cases 24/7, but we ask our clients to please do the same.

 

·        We supply all contact #'s, office, home, cell, email, web, pager, but we ask for reciprocity from our recruiting hiring partners.

 

·        We will recruit "globally", not merely locally. Over the past fifteen years we have placed candidates in Europe, the Far East, as well as most major cities in the US and Canada.

 

·        All searches are treated with the same diligence, priority, and dedication.

 

·        Success at the potential "job assignment" is our main concern for presentation of a particular candidate. We listen to and for the real candidate to emerge, not just the resume content. The candidate's background, experiences or prior career assignments, along with their drive, intelligence, goals, and temperament speak to the real candidate, not just the paper candidate.

 

·        We will only work a complete "search assignment". (Position, product, territory, compensation (base-total), quota, cycle, average sale, travel, competition, limitations of search(relationships), experience, prior income, fee and benefits)

 

·        We attempt to work with managers and clients that understand the "rapid response" method of recruiting.

 

·        We are committed to excellence and an enduring relationship with our clients, candidates, and sourcing contacts based on reciprocal trust.
