business concern! Currencies Used in Hiring!: As a candidate there are always five currencies expended in the decision to hire you.
All five are interconnected, all have
certain risks associated with them, but all five also stand on their own. On this page we will delineate three, the others are discussed in our book.

discussion began as a manager's training piece in the early 80's.
During a discussion with a Hiring
Authority, I was asked to include this on the website. Those currencies that we all spend when hiring a
new employee are: a. money b. time c. power/status The person you are interviewing with judges you on the above currencies as well as on the following:
