The Candidate's Emotional Hiring Process Steps
Below is a summary of the hiring process,

We have attempted to list some of the
actual hiring process that most candidates go through,
the process consists of
nine component parts. Here we note five, in the
PMSP© book, we have an
additional four in significant detail.

Actualization: Yes, I have been fired, axed,
canned, booted, dehired. Regardless of what you call it, it is emotionally offputting.
You are thrust into the position of finding a new job,
opportunity, career, or “emotional home.” This is not a joke, it happened. The questions that occur immediately are:
Do
I need to
tell my friends, family and co-workers, or what do I tell them? I will feel alternately overwhelming sadness, relief, embarrassment, joy and isolation.
2.
Emotions: denial, anger, depression, bargaining, acceptance.
3.
Preparation: This time includes study,
review of the market, evaluation of potential companies, products and
trends.
4.
Evaluation: Realistic introspective appraisal of YOU, the market, your credentials, your skill set,
and how each of these employment components intertwines.
5.
