Profile Letter, and a
Candidate Needs Assessment, and finally the appropriate Candidate Questionnaire
our Candidates prove our credo that they are Candidates are not merely
Resumes.
As we have
repeatedly stated over the past fifteen years, seven

must attempt to remove or reduce risk of hire and increase Reward of
Hire for our client companies. It is not just ACP, but your preparation, presentation
and ability to close that are being
evaluated. This process is really only a series of sales calls.
The CIP© allows us to
separate out the Paper Candidate
from the
Accomplished Professional. It is designed to make your Candidate Information Program©
inclusionary,
not exclusionary, whether you are currently employed or in transition. In today's market resumes are
used most often to exclude the candidate from an opportunity. The CIP was designed to alter those
ground rules, but your fighter's attitude will also influence the outcome.
