Armed with a Candidate Narrative®, a Candidate Sales Report, an accomplishment based Resume, a Descriptor, a Candidate Profile®, a Profile Letter, and a Candidate Needs Assessment, and finally the appropriate Candidate Questionnaire our Candidates prove our credo that they are Candidates are not merely Resumes. As we have repeatedly stated over the past fifteen years, seven on this website, "we"(you and I) must attempt to remove or reduce risk of hire and increase Reward of Hire for our client companies. It is not just ACP, but your preparation, presentation and ability to close that are being evaluated. This process is really only a series of sales calls.

The CIP© allows us to separate out the Paper Candidate from the Accomplished Professional. It is designed to make your Candidate Information Program© inclusionary, not exclusionary, whether you are currently employed or in transition. In today's market resumes are used most often to exclude the candidate from an opportunity. The CIP was designed to alter those ground rules, but your fighter's attitude will also influence the outcome. Let DCG help you secure that position that might have eluded you before. The use of the Candidate Narrative and Needs Assessment have gotten my candidates noticed, interviewed and hired when a resume alone got either no response or a negative one. The extra time you take in preparation will pay off after all this is your audition for the role of your life! As I mentioned in other places; if using this CIP© program can shorten your transition time by one month, each of the constituent parts of this program is really worth $1388 each. Those numbers are based on a base salary of $100,000 per year. We at DCG, think it is worth your investment of the several hours to complete the CIP. Is it worth it you?
