in permanent placement of accomplished professionals. We provide a variety of approaches to that end, contingency,
a business development
agreement, an engagement fee agreement, candidate initiative search assignments...CISA,
or on a retained search basis. While we do have a large database
of pre-qualified candidates, we especially pride ourselves on our ability to
research and directly recruit, in a totally confidential manner. Even though
a significant majority of our potential candidates are currently employed, we
have often been able to start presenting newly sourced qualified applicants
within four to ten days after receiving a complete search assignment. We are committed to our credo of: We provide Candidates,
not merely Resumes. At DCG, we work hard each day to
consistently ensure our position as the premier recruiting solution for sales
professionals. Our combined over 30 years of recuiting experience at all levels provides a
unique advantage for our candidates and clients. Our responsibility to our client companies, unless otherwise
specifically requested, is to present a very few
applicants for each position. Each highly qualified individual we
submit, can and will do an outstanding job. Utilizing our unique
Personal Marketing Strategy Program
which includes
the Candidate
Information Program (CIP), the ACP,
and the
18 Day Program and our new PMSP Workbook. We present the REAL candidate, not just the PAPER candidate.
However, in order to become more
quickly attuned to the client's unique corporate culture, we rely heavily on
our client company's immediate feedback about each candidate presented. All search assignments are kept
totally confidential. Just as we rely on our client companies to be specific
about their needs, in their search assignments, so too do we require our candidates
to be as introspective of their needs as well. We rely heavily on the
candidate's input about each confidential search. Based on our experience, we
at DCG, will only present a resume if it fits the parameters of the search.
We will then notify the candidate immediately of the client's interest. We
expect the candidate to investigate the potential employer and give DCG
permission and approval to proceed seriously with their candidacy. We also provide our candidates and client companies
a 200 page website designed to make applying, interviewing, selecting and hiring easier.
